We aim to treat each other and our clients with respect. This, after all, ensures a pleasant working environment, good collaboration, great treatment results and satisfied clients. To achieve this, we use the following policy. We kindly request you to respect this.
• We ask you to inform us of changes to your address, medication use or health status as soon as possible
• If you have an appointment with Tandzorlab, you can check-in using the registration screen, while doing so you can check whether we have your correct telephone number and e-mail address
• If you arrive too late for an appointment, the treatment might not be completed according to plan or may even have to be cancelled due to a lack of time.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your appointment in time, or do not attend without notice, a no-show fee can apply
• It may happen that a treatment takes longer than scheduled, causing following appointments to run late. We hope you will understand and be patient
• You must pay your invoice at the front desk by PIN or cash after your treatment. We recommend that you keep yourself well informed what is covered by your insurance, so that no surprises await you
• With extensive treatments you will receive an estimate from us. Our front desk will gladly help you using PIEN Support to see what part will be covered for the proposed treatment. The amounts in the estimate are only an indication, no rights can be derived from this. Changes to the treatment plan and rate changes will be implemented if necessary
• Tandzorglab is not liable for damage, loss or theft of your property. You are advised not to leave your property unattended.
• In the waiting room and during treatment, we request that you switch off (the sound of) your mobile phone
• It is not allowed to smoke within the practice. Pets are not allowed in a medical practice
• We monitor your and our safety through the use of security cameras at the entrance and in the waiting rooms
